Ibis Jerusalem City Center - An Accorhotels Brand

Fairly clean hotel, marvellous and good location by airport shuttle at top of steps, tasty breakfast. Location close enough to all the bars and the central bus station and the Old City, transportation and Ben YeHuda Street.

The place was functional and had extremely helpful staff at the reception desk, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Had magnificent and perfect location to tourist spots, very close to Synagogue. Further, it was adjacent to the synagogue and the lively Ben Yehuda Street. Stayed in brand-new twin room with 1 double bed.

My room had ugly view.

Great location near cafes and shops.

The room had very limited storage space for our belongings, quite frustrating. We expected a more thorough cleaning service, but our sheets were never changed during our week-long stay. The noise from the city was unbearable at times.

Magnificent location, contemporary and well-maintained rooms with comfortable bed as well as air-conditioning.

I really loved starting each day with a delicious breakfast and finding that the hotel was just a few steps away from good cafes like Cafe Bastet and only a short stroll to the nice Old City, making my weekend adventure invigorating and lovely.

Make sure you stay in the double room with 2 twin beds. The location is great and particularly good, at a moderate distance from an ancient limestone wall...

Really good Stay with Families in Mind!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful night, with attentive service and a cozy Standard Twin Room. The staff surprised us with a complimentary breakfast that was fresh and delicious, proving to be a good start to our day. Try to catch the sunset view from the rooftop!

Staying here with my family and our non-service dog was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring Jerusalem, just a short walk from key sites. Breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh options daily. The kids loved the pancakes!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast every morning and the cozy relaxation area. It was great to unwind in the lounge after a day of exploration. The only small hiccup was that it seemed the staff focused more on larger groups, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 🌟

Family vacation, lovely experience

So we had breakfast , and it was a feast! Chef John really took care of us, kept bringing new dishes for us to try, it was like he really wanted us to be happy. And then there's Jessica at breakfast , she was so helpful with my mom-made sure she had everything she needed , which really touched me.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly cheap , but you know what? It was worth it.

The superior queen room with a city view was clean and the bed was really comfortable, just like home. The location is perfect! Shops and restaurants are right outside, and it's a short walk to the old city. Special thanks to the friendly breakfast staff, especially jessica.

The Ibis in Jerusalem offered a cute and comfortable stay. I loved the clean and spacious Superior Queen Room with a fine city view. The bed seemed like home, comfortable. Best part was the fantastic location. Shops and restaurants right outside the hotel made everything so accessible. A short walk took me to the Old City. Breakfast stood out with friendly staff, especially Jessica, who made mornings brighter with her warmth. I faced a small inconvenience with the lack of tissues in the room. The carpet felt a bit dusty, impacting the overall freshness of the room. I had to request additional towels, as only two were provided per person.
